Cancellation Policy

Academy Booking & Studio Rental Policy 1. Booking & Scheduling Direct Online Booking: All private lessons and rentals must be booked via the website. * Instructors are not authorized to schedule lessons directly. * Studio Assignments: Bookings are subject to specific studio availability. * The LDA reserves the right to shift a booking to a comparable room for operational needs. * Punctuality: Lessons and rentals will begin and end exactly at the scheduled time. * Late arrival does not extend the session. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. * Emergency Clause: Sudden illness or emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis by LDA Directors. 3. Payment & Fees Full Payment at Booking (Studio Rental Fee + Instructor Fee): To lock in your studio time, full payment must be processed with the instructor directly at the time of the lesson. 4. Rental-Specific Rules Footwear Restrictions: Standard zero-tolerance policy for street shoes. * Space Integrity: Studios must be left in the same (or better) condition than they were found. * All trash must be removed and equipment returned to its original location. * Media Requests: Rentals for photography or video must be scheduled at least one week in advance at the front desk. 5. Liability & Safety Personal Property: Logrea Dance Academy is not liable for lost or stolen items. * Facility Security: Renters and students must confirm doors are securely closed upon exiting.
